Job Description
PayPro is a leading fintech company in the payments space and we are currently hiring for the position of Business Development Executive. Join our team of Business Rockstars and contribute to our expansion across Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Aid PayPro in expanding business and market share in the payments facilitation space
- Generate new business leads by making calls and setting up meetings
- Build sales pipeline in the SME/Corporate segments
- Analyze market strategies, deal requirements, and financials to evaluate potential business deals
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and establish business relationships
- Evaluate opportunities and find new routes to market PayPro payment solutions
- Create and improve business proposals for clients
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
- Meeting quotas for calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Identify new opportunities for growth
Skills & Experience:
- Track record of working with diverse sectors in Pakistan with SME/Corporates
- Proven negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and devise strategic sales goals
- Proficient with MS Office for reports and presentations
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Relevant sales experience in technology and finance sectors preferred
Experience: 2-3 Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
