Responsibilities:

• Research the market with potential and worthy new leads in the IT Industry.
• Drive our lead generation campaigns.
• Generate new leads to increase brand awareness through different channels.
• Create fresh lead generation tactics according to customers’ needs.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential customers.
• Manage our leads to ensure consistent site traffic growth.
• Maintain our lead databases and track lead sources.
• Submit marketing and sales pipeline reports.
• Interest new customers by innovating and managing the sales process for the business.
• Have good direct communication, word-of-mouth, and association with the sales and marketing department to acquire new clients from the target market.
• Communicate with potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, email, or in-person contact.
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
• Combine efforts and foster a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
• Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.

Requirements:

• Extensive business development experience of 2-3 years.
• Ability to get business from different channels.
• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
• Professional yet affable disposition.
• Great networking and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

• Experience in getting business from online portals and direct marketing.
• Experience in writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the project nature.
