Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. Strong evidence of skills and good negotiation abilities are a must.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop a deep understanding of offered products.
- Identify target industries and proactively reach out to key persons for sales.
- Generate leads, provide quotes, and cold call potential customers.
- Educate customers on product benefits.
- Build and nurture customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate on promotional strategies with management.
- Continuous improvement of business processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Our Requirements:
- Customer obsession and satisfaction are top priorities.
- BBA or related qualification.
- 2-4 years of hands-on sales experience.
- Strong negotiation, selling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Regular follow-ups with stakeholders and CRM experience.
- Goal-oriented, self-directed, and energetic individual.
