Job Description:

We are hiring a Business Development Manager at Shipfro Private Limited. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in successful business development.

Location: Rawalpindi and Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven business development or sales experience.
  • Experience in courier, logistics, or related industry (preferred).

  • Strong understanding of industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
