Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT staff augmentation sector.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their IT staffing needs.
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client requirements.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the client base.
- Create and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are accurately met.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights for strategic adjustments.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
- Address client feedback and issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
