Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Sales)
Position Type: Full-time
Location: PECHS Block 2 Karachi
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (NIGHT SHIFT)
Salary: 55k-75k basic, plus incentives upon achieving the targets.
As a Business Development Executive at TechMatter Global, your role includes conducting outbound calls to international clients, maintaining customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with the sales and support teams. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to international clients to promote products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on products and services to provide accurate information.
Qualifications: Fresh graduates in business administration or supply chain management.
