Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic-minded Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective strategies for business development.
- Have expertise in Upwork, LinkedIn, Apolo, and Email Marketing.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and manage client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and software development.
- Understanding of market trends and competition.
- Experience in sales or business development.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi.
