Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Draft proposals for the Business Development department, including price calculations.
- Analyze and review technical data sheets based on client requirements.
- Regularly follow up with clients on payments for timely receivables.
- Manage contracts and orders for compliance and timely delivery.
- Coordinate timely deliveries for projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Visit client offices to understand needs and promote services/products.
- Conduct site visits, gather information, and update project progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Key Competencies:
- Attention to detail in proposals, quotations, and reports.
- Negotiation skills with clients and vendors.
- Time management for task prioritization.
