Job Description
Position: Business Development Executive
No. of Vacancies: 3
Salary: 35k – 80k depending on experience
Job Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM Mon-Friday (Onsite)
Location: Model Town S Block, Lahore
Department: Business Development
Responsibilities:
- Proficient use of MS Office and data entry skills, coupled with effective marketing techniques
- Professional client engagement with strong English communication and persuasive abilities
- Scheduling and coordination of sales meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions
- Lead generation and cold calling to expand our medical billing client base
Requirements:
- Intermediate or bachelor’s degree
- 6 months to 3 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably within medical billing
- Solid understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and self-motivation
Benefits:
- Probation Period Leaves: Eligible for 3 leaves during the probation period.
- Increment: Salary increment after the 3-month probation period.
- Annual Leaves: 24 annual leaves per calendar year.
- Holidays: All USA federal holidays observed.
