Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calls and meetings to explore business opportunities.
- Site visits to showcase properties and close deals.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in the relevant domain is preferred.
- Graduation from a reputable institute (MBA/BBA preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
