Job Description
Job brief
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company and must have the dedication to create and implement an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Review requirements & placing initial bids
- Review RFP, RFQ, and RFI from clients, understand documents, and submit proposals
- Negotiation and Closure
- Online Lead Generation through platforms like Upwork
- Research new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with clients
- Promote company products/services, address client objectives
- Prepare sales contracts, follow legal guidelines
- Maintain sales records
- Build long-term customer relationships
Requirements and skills
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar domain
- Customer support experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Bitrix 24)
- Proficient in English
- Market knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- BS/BA in business administration, sales, or related field
