Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers professionally and timely.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints.
- Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to customers effectively.
- Meet or exceed performance goals in customer satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM system.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in successful sales performance.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
