Job Description
The First Sol is seeking a Business Development Lead with 3–4 years of BD experience (software, web, or mobile preferred) to drive revenue and strengthen client relationships in the US and Europe. Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities via LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and networking; preparing proposals and pitches; managing the CRM pipeline; negotiating and closing premium deals; mentoring a small BD team; and reporting weekly KPIs.
- Full-time, onsite role; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
