Job Description
The primary focus of the role is to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and excellent communicator, who is able to work on their own initiative to generate leads and collaborate within the team to convert leads into sales.
Responsibilities
- Create new business opportunities and bring in new customers through online freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru;
- Generate leads on LinkedIn and related lead generation tools;
- Manage and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities;
- Understand how AA’LA Solutions’ products and services can meet the customer’s needs to facilitate sales;
- Write technical business proposals;
- Arrange meetings for potential clients with senior management;
- Maintaining organized and accurate sales information, pipelines, and reports using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot;
Essential Skills
- Maintaining a relationship with clients;
- Collaborating with the team to execute the job;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Great leadership skills;
- Top-notch analytical skills – you must have an eye for detail;
- Sales Magician (wink wink);
- Should have highly developed all-round interpersonal skills;
