Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary: We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing, with experience in Upwork bidding and Bark. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through lead generation and conversion
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Manage projects from bid to delivery on Upwork
- Utilize Bark to generate new leads and opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Proven success in Upwork bidding and project management
- Experience with Bark sales and lead generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM software
