Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager role based in Islamabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating new business opportunities for the enterprise and will be required to develop and maintain key relationships with clients. They will also coordinate business development and sales initiatives, and stay attuned to new market trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in business development or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain meaningful professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to identify new business opportunities and market trends in the real estate sector
- Experience in sales and marketing strategies
- Proficiency in relevant software tools used in business development and sales
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Proven track record of achieving business development targets
