Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a business development manager at All Star Technology. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for AST.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent AST at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
