Job Description
⦁ Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies.
⦁ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
⦁ Conduct in-depth consultations and product presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of our products or services to potential clients.
⦁ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
⦁ Prepare and present customized proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing to secure new business.
⦁ Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives consistently.
⦁ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
⦁ Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
⦁ Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
⦁ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
⦁ Prepare periodic sales reports and forecast sales numbers and revenue.
⦁ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and generate reports on client progress.
⦁ Stay abreast of education trends and attend relevant workshops, seminars, and conferences.
⦁ Attain targets and maintain continuous follow-up with clients.
