Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join Beacon Excellence Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strategic partnerships in the education sector, specifically focusing on O/A level and standardized test preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract prospective students, schools, or educational institutions.
• Create and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve revenue and enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational consultants, and key stakeholders to promote our academy’s offerings.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and student needs to tailor marketing and outreach efforts effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling campaigns and materials to drive engagement and enrollment.
• Represent the academy at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish partnerships.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and growth opportunities to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the education or training industry.
• Strong understanding of the O/A level and standardized test education landscape.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, and other relevant tools.
