Responsibilities:
- Financial Institute Relationship Development: Initiate and nurture relationships with potential banks or financial institutions through strategic outreach, meetings, and impactful presentations, securing new business opportunities. Proactively research and analyze the market to identify potential banking clients and partnerships.
- Business Expansion Strategies: Devise and execute effective strategies aimed at expanding our reach within the banking and financial sector, leveraging market insights and fostering strong relationships with key fintech stakeholders.
- Sales Target Achievement: Exceed sales targets by actively prospecting, identifying, and converting potential banking clients into valuable partnerships through strategic engagement and relationship-building. Financial products selling experience will be an added advantage.
- Consultative Approach: Employ a consultative approach to deeply understand the unique needs of financial institutions and tailor solutions, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and strong relationships.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with banks and financial institutions, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and collaborating closely with legal teams for successful execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in securing new business and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong grasp of client acquisition strategies and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated history of driving revenue growth and fostering enduring customer relationships.
