Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan daily & weekly activities to meet profit targets.
- Identify and secure potential clients through calls and emails.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to review pricing and achieve goals.
- Build client relationships and implement sales strategies.
- Understand client needs and tailor products accordingly.
- Create innovative ways to enhance business relations and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and maintain customer records.
- Address customer problems professionally and provide timely solutions.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s Degree
EXPERIENCE
2-3 Years in Sales, Specialization in Information Technology
