Job Description
CECA Pakistan (Career Education Consultancy Australia) is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Educational / Student Counsellor for Overseas Education. As a counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students towards making informed decisions about studying abroad.

Profile Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding study abroad options, including country, course, universities, programme selection, and career planning.
- Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, accommodation, and preparing for studies overseas.
- Ensure timely completion of admission and visa procedures, as well as accommodation and travel arrangements.
- Provide accurate information on study abroad programs, courses, colleges, universities, and countries.
- Address parent and/or student queries and concerns, providing assistance in form filling and clarifying doubts.
- Explain in detail the course options available for Diploma, Bachelor’s, and Masters in all streams.
- Ensure positive word of mouth from parents/students to generate more clients and referrals.
- Stay updated on study abroad programs offered by universities and use the knowledge to assist students.
- Provide end-to-end assistance to students, from registration to travel arrangements.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of counselled students and applications sent abroad.
- Evaluate client details and provide guidance based on their course and university preferences.
- Assist in promoting universities represented by the company through various activities.
- Analyze student mindset and motivate them to pursue study abroad opportunities.
- Display excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, instilling confidence in students and parents.
- Promote BSB International study abroad programs in a professional manner.
