Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Digital Cloud Hub, your primary responsibility will be to meet assigned targets for acquiring new business clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and closing deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Prior Experience in the same role with a marketing agency/B2B Sales of min 4 years is a Must.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a business development role, preferably within the marketing industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed assigned targets for acquiring new business clients through proactive prospecting and lead-generation activities.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively penetrate target markets and industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored marketing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches that showcase Digital Cloud Hub’s services and value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive analysis, and market insights to identify new business opportunities.
