Job Description
We are looking for an aspiring, self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Haball. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, negotiating client pricing, and forecasting sales revenue. The successful applicant will evaluate current sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. An ideal candidate should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and commission-driven.
Responsibilities:
- ― Familiarize yourself with the company’s vision and mission, setting and achieving goals.
- ― Develop plans for business and revenue growth.
- ― Research, plan, and implement new market initiatives.
- ― Identify new business opportunities and partners.
Requirements:
- ― Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
- ― 4+ years’ relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
- ― Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ― Strong organization and project management skills.
Salary Range: 150K – 200K
