Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for our retail Forex and CFDs online trading platform in Pakistan. Responsibilities include cultivating client relationships, engaging Introducing Brokers, implementing retention strategies, contributing to marketing initiatives, and overseeing sales team performance. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry, with the ability to manage P&L, understand financial dynamics, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Expand the trading platform in the Pakistani market, develop client relationships and IBs, and implement strategies for business growth and market share. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance, 5+ years of Forex & CFDs experience, existing client & IB list, knowledge of Pakistani financial markets, strong understanding of trading platforms and regulations, excellent communication skills in English & Urdu.
