Responsibilities:
- Manage / Appoint / Re-Engineering existing distributor network within territory
- Manage team of DSRs / supervisors and sales personnel as a sales leader
- Manage ROIs for the business with the distributors, regularly present and discuss business priorities with stakeholders and develop territory level operations strategies for business growth and effectiveness
- Build a high-performance team by hiring and retaining the right talent, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork
- Enforce and act as custodian of company SOPs related to chillers / new outlet inductions / damages / schemes
- Be the eyes and ears of the company for market dynamics and competition.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the HORECA / Key Accounts
- Well-versed with Microsoft Excel and Word
