Responsibilities:
- Manage, appoint, and re-engineer existing distributor network within the territory
- Lead a team of DSRs, supervisors, and sales personnel
- Develop territory level operations strategies for business growth and effectiveness
- Build and foster a high-performance team
- Stay informed about market dynamics and competition
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in HORECA/Key Accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
