Responsibilities:
- Manage, appoint, and re-engineer the existing distributor network within the territory.
- Lead a team of DSRs, supervisors, and sales personnel.
- Work on ROIs and develop operational strategies for business growth.
- Build a high-performing team, enforce company SOPs, and stay updated on market dynamics and competition.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in HORECA/Key Accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
