Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will initially be responsible for the growth of our saas solutions primarily in Pakistan & Middle East. The key responsibilities include:
- Understanding the solution and reflecting the value proposition across all touch points.
- Generating leads in the identified segments.
- Developing and nurturing relationships.
- Identifying appropriate marketing strategies and executing them.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and sales.
- Experience in the consulting and professional services industry.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in business administration or a relevant field is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software and other business development tools.
- Fluency in English and Urdu.
