Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in both the United States and the United Kingdom. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s client base and market share in the US and UK markets.
- Identify and prioritize target clients and industries for business development efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends for product development and marketing strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, presenting proposals, and closing deals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales and business development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of the US and UK markets and excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
