Madmation Studio is an animated video creation company based in Lahore. The company creates animation videos for over 20 industries, including health, education, business promotion, and marketing.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying sales leads, pitching goods or services to new clients, and maintaining a good working relationship with new contacts. The Business Development Manager will also develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base, achieving sales targets, and managing bidding on Upwork.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in Upwork bidding
- Experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Experience in business development, client acquisition, and account management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
- Experience in the animation or creative industry is a plus
