Job Description
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at MDSol Technologies. In this role, you should possess a track record of successful bidding, deal closure, and project management in the software development field. Your primary responsibility will involve securing software development opportunities, collaborating closely with our in-house digital marketing and technical teams. The position offers potential for growth in various directions, including the management of ongoing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive experience to identify, engage with, and nurture potential clients.
- Explore new business prospects through comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and lead identification.
- Take charge of the entire business development process, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a smooth transition to delivery and account management.
- Comprehend client requirements and customize solutions to effectively address them.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with potential clients, with a focus on cultivating enduring partnerships.
- Regularly provide updates, reports, and insights to the management team regarding all activities and progress.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Business Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
