Role Description:
The Business Development Manager at NEC Karachi office will identify new opportunities, maintain client relationships, conduct market research, and develop business plans. Collaboration with internal teams and experience with donor agencies like JICA and World Bank is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering consultancy with expertise in business development and client management
- Experience with MDBs/donor agencies like World Bank/ADB/USAID/JICA, and understanding of their procurement processes
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in market research, ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluency in English and Urdu
