Job Description
We are on the lookout for a seasoned and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a robust background in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at uncovering new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through BPO services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BPO sector.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally within the BPO sector.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.

Salary: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
