Octdaily is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, client acquisition, and effective management of client relationships. The primary focus will be on recruitment sales, requiring expertise in cold calling, client management, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve recruitment sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment sector.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation.
- Engage with decision-makers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to prospective clients.
- Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to potential clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align sales efforts with current market demands.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as Business Development in the Recruitment / IT and Business Consulting industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional cold calling skills with the ability to initiate and build relationships.
- Strong client management skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
