Job Description
1. Develop new business and opportunities for the Company pertaining to solutions such as customized loyalty programs, gift card programs, prepaid and/or postpaid programs and/or any other customized card-based or card-less loyalty solutions for the clients.
2. Identify potential leads, cold-calls, arrange meetings, engage leads and close deals.
3. Prepare presentations, proposals, feasibility reports, agreements, business requirement documents, technical requirement documents, user manuals etc. as per requirements.
4. Manage projects and coordinate between the Clients and the Developers’ team to ensure correct software development and timely delivery.
5. Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and key staff to ensure smooth program management.
6. Provide back-office support to the clients as and when required.
7. Coordinate with Support Team for on-field support whenever required.
8. Be responsible to perform complete merchant management including training.
9. Perform complaint handling and issues’ resolution.
10. Supervise the loyalty operations and clients management.
11. Perform documents’ handling and control.
