Job Description
Experience Level: Minimum 5 years in IT Sales (International Markets)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage certain projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Technical Knowledge: Display expertise in IT services, software development, and cloud technologies.
- Bid and Proposal Development: Create compelling technical bids and proposals.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing: Drive the negotiation and closing of deals.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, inspire, and grow the sales team to exceed targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on international markets.
- Strong understanding of IT services and technological trends.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to sales excellence.
- Proven multitasking ability, particularly in a startup environment.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
