Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the banking industry to identify and leverage business opportunities.
- Drive sales targets by actively prospecting and acquiring new clients in the financial services and banking sectors.
- Attend client meetings both within Karachi and other locations as required to promote the company’s products and services.
- Create and execute business development strategies to achieve short-term and long-term sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales targets, and market insights.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong network within the banking industry to drive partnerships and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within and outside Karachi for client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the financial products and services market.
