Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Premier Star Technology located in Islamabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve conducting market research, analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and analyze market trends
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant industry knowledge and network is a plus
