Role Description

This is a contract role for a Business Development Manager located in Islamabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, managing and expanding existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, participating in negotiations, and building and maintaining a sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
