Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at Techliance, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base within the tech industry. You will be an integral part of our sales team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals to contribute to the company’s overall success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tech industry by conducting market research, competitor analysis, and understanding industry trends.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and increase revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to understand product offerings thoroughly and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- Create compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and lead client workshops to showcase our solutions and address client inquiries.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support lead generation efforts, such as organizing events, webinars, and campaigns.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management review.
- Mentor and train junior members of the business development team when required.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Business Development Manager in the tech industry, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of the tech industry landscape, including key players, market trends, and potential opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
