Description:

The First Sol is seeking a full-time Business Developer who can join immediately for an on-site role in Lahore District. The Business Developer will be responsible for researching, identifying, and generating new business opportunities to support the company’s growth. The role involves building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and working with the internal team to create proposals and close deals that meet those needs.

Role:

  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the marketing or creative industry.
  • Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms for lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze potential clients’ business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales technology tools.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • An understanding of the technology industry, with a focus on software development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Must be fluent in English and Urdu. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
