Role Description:
This is a full-time Business Development Manager role for vBloxx Inc. in Valencia Town, Lahore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads through multiple platforms including Upwork, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and DesignRush to build relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals, and developing and implementing strategies to improve sales and profitability. The successful candidate will work independently to help us build the sales and marketing team to increase revenue and establish the company as a leading software development provider in the market.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in sales and business development
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Understanding of software development and IT industry trends
- Experience in project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Experience in software development and/or IT industry is a must.
