Job Description
Volmatica Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through Upwork and other freelancing platforms, effectively bidding on potential projects, and closing leads. You will work closely with the sales and development teams to ensure that leads are nurtured and converted into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upwork Bidding: Actively search for relevant projects, write persuasive proposals, and maintain a high level of understanding of services.
- Lead Closing: Engage with clients, conduct negotiations, and convert leads into successful projects.
- Client Communication: Handle queries, maintain communication standards, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track success rates, analyze strategies, and continuously improve outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of bidding and lead closing experience on Upwork, preferably in IT services.
- Proven track record of winning projects and strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, client management, and technical communication abilities.
