Job Description

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gulberg, Lahore for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue.
Important Note:
Candidate must be able to start immediately.
Salary bracket:
90K-140K PKR (Based on experience)
Qualifications:
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop and implement sales strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams including marketing, operations, and finance
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Development Manager in the US healthcare industry.
- In-depth understanding of the US healthcare landscape, including key players, regulations, and market trends.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and other sales enablement technologies.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales development targets
