Objectives of this Role:

Your role will involve finding and attracting clients through activities such as cold-calling, emails, follow-ups, meetings, open house events, and presenting business ideas. You will be responsible for identifying investors with property and investment needs, generating revenue through project sales, and maintaining relationships with clients by keeping them updated on the latest market developments.

What is your Role / Job Description?

  • Finding, scouting, and identifying investors with property and investment needs.
  • Generating revenue through internal and external project sales targets.
  • Maintaining communication with clients through meet-ups, calls, emails, and WhatsApp to provide updates on the product and market.
  • Securing project sales deals by advertising, marketing, promoting, and presenting project offerings and proposals to clients.
  • Conducting research and analysis of the real estate market to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate product and market knowledge.
  • Coordinating with the Client Care Department for necessary paperwork related to sales.

What do you Need?

  • Education: Graduation/Masters
  • Experience: 3+ years in Project Selling. Candidates from Telecom, FMCG, and Banking Industry are encouraged to apply.
