Job Description
Arpatech seeks a motivated Business Development Representative with 6–12 months of outbound sales or cold-calling experience, preferably in international markets. The successful candidate will identify and engage international leads, execute outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, qualify prospects, schedule demos, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience managing international clients and time zones
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Location: Sindhi Muslim, Karachi. Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Employment: Full-time, in person.
