Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Tyro Soft. The ideal candidate will generate leads, bid on Upwork, and secure new clients for our web and mobile app development services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on projects on Upwork and other platforms.
- Craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to build long-term relationships.
- Generate leads via LinkedIn and email outreach.
- Negotiate project terms and close deals.
