Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist at Al Ghaffar Properties in Islamabad. As a Business Development Specialist, your responsibilities will include lead generation, market research, and customer service. You will analyze and evaluate data and reports to identify opportunities for enhancing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate data and derive actionable insights
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
- Proven experience in lead generation and market research
- Ability to manage customer relationships effectively and provide outstanding customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred
