Role Description

This part-time/hybrid Business Development role is based in the Lahore office with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Representative will focus on identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth within the company. Responsibilities include identifying, developing and managing relationships with partners, clients and prospects, negotiating contracts and closing deals, and monitoring the business performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of sales and business development success.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work, on time, and within budget.
